Finally,I've succeeded to breed blue roses!!
It have cost me soooo long time.
Heres the way below to get blue roses in Animal Crossing New Leaf (3DS).
It's harder than ever before to breed blue roses in New Leaf.

How to get blue roses

Process1. White rose + White rose = Purple/white rose
*These White roses have to be Original ones, not hybride ones.

Process2. Red rose + Yellow rose = Orange/red,yellow rose
*These Red and Yellow roses have to be Original ones, not hybride ones.

Process3. Purple rose + Orange rose = RED/purple,orange rose

Process4. RED rose + RED rose = Blue/red,yellow,orange,purple,white black rose
*These RED roses have to be ones you got at Process3.

Process1-3 are easy, but Process4 needs so much time
because the ratio blue rose blooms is so low.
I have spent about 3 mounth to breed blue rose at the Process4 XD.

if you get Red,Yellow,Orange,Purple,White Black roses at the Process4,
go on giving water to RED roses everyday, and you can get blue rose someday!!

In case you get Pink rose at that , you would have bred red roses in a different way.

I recommend you to breed flowers on the beach in your village.
It is because flowers don't grow wildly there
and villagers don't take flowers there somewhere else.
